OSH 6 MONTH MEMBERSHIP T&Cs

1. Eligibility Criteria: Offer available only to new members signing up for a 6-month Flex or Lounge Membership. The offer is not available to current or past members who have canceled their membership within the last 12 months. Existing members upgrading to Flex or Lounge Membership are not eligible for the free month.

2. Activation of Membership: Membership must be activated (i.e., access to the space begins) before January 1, 2025. Free month applies to the first month of membership only and cannot be deferred or applied to future months.

3. Membership Commitment: Members must commit to a minimum of a 6-month term. Early cancellation within the 6-month period will result in the full price of the first month being charged retroactively.

5. Payment Terms: After the first free month, regular membership fees will be charged starting from the 1st of the month, as per the standard membership agreement. All payments for the remainder of the 6-month term are due in full and on time according to the agreed schedule.

6. Flex Membership Cap: For Flex Memberships, the free month offer is capped at a value of £2,000 per month. Any usage beyond this cap during the first month will be billed at the normal rate.

7. Limited Availability: The free month offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the company’s discretion. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

8. Non-Transferable: The free month membership is non-transferable. Only the individual or company signing up for the membership is eligible to use the space under this offer.

9. Amendments: The company reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice, provided any commitments made to members who have already signed up under the promotion are honored.
